How to use this page:

This legal center is a repository of the latest MinIO client agreements. A list of available templates is on the bottom of this page. For any questions on which template applies to your engagement, you can reach out to your MinIO contact or email legal@min.io.

For our Customers who subscribe to our software license directly from MinIO, the agreement that applies to you is the Customer License and Subscription Agreement.

For our Original Equipment Manufacturer (“OEM”) and Managed Service Provider (“MSP”) Partners who incorporate MinIO software into their own offerings, the agreement that applies to you is the OEM and MSP Agreement.

If you are using MinIO Standard or Enterprise products, these agreements do not apply to you. For any questions on these agreements, please email legal@min.io.

If you signed an offline variant of these Agreements for the license of the MinIO software, the terms above do not apply to you, and your offline terms govern your license of the MinIO software.
