Customers subscribed to MinIO’s Subscription Network can obtain support through SUBNET by creating an issue.

Users not subscribed to SUBNET can ask questions in the MinIO Community Slack on a best-effort basis. The community Slack does not come with any SLA, agreements, or guarantees for response time or answer.
